Refund policy

Each Little Big Explorations Pack is created in small quantities and carefully assembled by hand.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if something arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right — either with a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
