Refund policy

Each Little Big Explorations Pack is created in small quantities and carefully assembled by hand.

IF something arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right — either with a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

You have a 14 days right of return, where you will be asked to cover the return fee. Please keep in mind that items are made in small batches and on order.
